Effective Date: September 22, 2025

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, a 50% deposit is required to begin any project, with the remaining balance due upon completion and before delivery of final files. Additional costs may apply for extra shoot days, weather-related reschedules beyond one included day, or client-requested changes outside the agreed scope.

Intellectual Property

Visage Media retains ownership of all raw project files unless otherwise specified in writing. Clients receive usage rights to final deliverables as outlined in their agreement.

Limitation of Liability

We make every effort to deliver high-quality, professional work. However, Visage Media is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or issues beyond our reasonable control (such as weather delays or force majeure events).

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide timely feedback, access to necessary information, and approvals required for project completion. Delays caused by clients may affect project timelines and costs.

All content on this website — including text, images, and media — is the property of Visage Media and may not be copied, reused, or redistributed without permission.

Changes to Terms
